Exhibitors are an important part of the Northwest Immunization Conference. Through your support, your agency can have a unique opportunity to interact with health professionals, clinicians, educators, policy makers, immunization supporters, and other interested parties from the across the region.


Your support will enhance the Northwest Immunization Conference 2021 by enabling members of the healthcare community to come together and engage in a collective learning opportunity. Participants will be able to take the most current information, contacts, and best practices back to their organizations. Audience participants will include leaders, providers and staff from: public health, tribal health, hospitals, primary care, specialty and safety net clinics, health plans and community-based organizations from across the Pacific Northwest. Immunize Oregon and the HPV Prevention Alliance will be hosting NWIC 2021 using the Whova platform to maximize attendee experience and engagement. Participation as an Exhibitor will provide you an opportunity to showcase innovative services and interact with attendees through the virtual event platform. Each Exhibitor will be granted access to the Exhibit Portal where you can customize your company profile and increase brand visibility with video streaming and information sharing. The event app lets exhibitors conveniently engage with visitors, identify quality leads using SmartProfiles, and schedule meetings with attendees from your smarphone. From the app, exhibitors can take advantage of the promotional features by offering coupons, raffles, and giveaways to drive traffic to their booth.

Hosting the Northwest Immunization Conference 2021 on a virtual platform has allowed us to offer discounted fees and extend our exhibit space capacity








Participation as an Exhibitor will include:

Exhibitor Booths will be assigned based on the order applications are approved and signed agreements are submitted. For-Profit Organizations pending payment will be assigned their booth upon approval and will be given access once payment has been recieved.
