Exhibitors are an important part of the Northwest Immunization Conference. Through your support, your agency can have a unique opportunity to interact with health professionals, clinicians, educators, policy makers, immunization supporters, and other interested parties from the across the region.
Your support will enhance the Northwest Immunization Conference 2020 by enabling members of the healthcare community to come together and engage in a collective learning opportunity. Participants will be able to take the most current information, contacts, and best practices back to their organizations. Audience participants will include leaders, providers and staff from: public health, tribal health, hospitals, primary care, specialty and safety net clinics, health plans and community-based organizations from across the Pacific Northwest. We hope that your organization will join us for this opportunity to host the virtual Northwest Immunization Conference 2020!

Immunize Oregon and the HPV Prevention Alliance will be hosting NWIC using the Whova platform to maximize attendee experience and engagement. Participation as an Exhibitor will provide you an opportunity to showcase innovative services and interact with attendees through the virtual event platform. Each Exhibitor will be granted access to the Exhibit Portal where you can customize your company profile and increase brand visibility with video streaming and information sharing. The event app lets exhibitors conveniently engage with visitors, identify quality leads using SmartProfiles, and schedule meetings with attendees from your smarphone. From the app, exhibitors can take advantage of the promotional features by offering coupons, raffles, and giveaways to drive traffic to their booth.
Hosting the Northwest Immunization Conference on a virtual platform has allowed us to offer discounted fees and extend our exhibit space capacity
Participation as an Exhibitor will include:
Admission to the NWIC virtual event with every live and recorded sessions, community boards, andnetworking opportunities in one place.
A platform for collaboration and targeted networking with health professionals across the region for the entire month of August.
Customizable Exhibitor booth with capabilities to offer promotions, showcase products/services live, and exchange e-business cards with visitors
Whova app download with SmartProfiles lead retrieval technology, built-in meeting scheduler, and information export to CRM systems.
Exhibitor Booths will be assigned based on the order applications are approved and signed agreementsare submitted. For-Profit Organizations pending payment will be assigned their booth upson approval andonly granted access once payment has been recieved.Preference will be given to Exhibitors providing services, products, or publications which are directlyapplicable to the management or provision of immunizations. Immunize Oregon and the HPV PreventionAlliance, as conference managers, reserves the right to decline any exhibit or require the removal of anexhibit or any part of an exhibit which, in the sole judgement of management, is misleading or deceptive, inpoor taste, or incompatible with the character and objectives of the conference.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Northwest Immunization Conference will bring together health professionals from a variety of disciplines across the nation. The curriculum will focus on evidence-based immunization topics and sharing of best practices. We encourage networking, discussion and will provide specific agenda time for questions. Interruptions, impoliteness, or disruptive behavior will result in forfeit of NWIC registration fees and dismissal from the event.
The planning committee, presenters, and funding agencies treat potential or perceived conflicts of interest very seriously. All potential conflicts will be disclosed by presenters and strict limitations exist on any non-educational activities or materials utilized with the clinical education provided at NWIC.
